ABOUT US
We desire to love God with all that we are and make Him known
Community Church Putney is a group of Christians who exist to worship God, encourage one another and serve people both inside and outside the church. We aim to spread the word of God throughout the vibrant and busy area and surrounding areas of Putney.
We meet every Sunday from 10:30am-12:00pm at Werter Road, which is just off Putney High Street, opposite Sainsbury's. Our services are a blend of friendly informality, passionate heart felt worship, and accessible Bible teaching. We also provide fun and enriching activities for children and young adults on most Sundays.
Church to us means more than attending Sunday meetings. We aim to function as a family, being involved in each other’s lives. There are opportunities to meet during the week in Community Groups as well as engaging in a range of other activities.
We are a part of Newfrontiers, a worldwide family of churches seeking to build the church, enable each other, make disciples, train leaders, plant churches and reach the nations. The church is also associated with the Baptist Union and the Evangelical Alliance.
