Christians are made to pray together and only Christians can truly pray.

Proximity to other believers is a key to sustaining spiritual passion.

If we are to pray together, we must put on the full armour of God.

Summary: In Praying together we must have knowing and loving God as our primary goal and not the things that we want God to do for us.

We achieve great and hard things if we obey God in unison.

Digging ditches is analogous to praying together. As we do what we can do (dig in prayer), God will do what only He can do.
