SUNDAY SERVICES

2021

10:30AM

We are excited that government guidelines mean that we are able to start meeting together again in the building.

The building has been prepared in line with government
regulations. This means that our services will be different for the time being.

We will have a single service each Sunday from 10:30am, with limited numbers, on a first come first served basis. You can book tickets for the service from midday on the Sunday before.

Alongside these meetings, we are still going to have our
live Zoom service available through our website homepage, where you can watch the service from 10:30am every Sunday. This is for anyone who is not able to make it, or would prefer not to meet in person at this stage.

You can book in for our Sunday services by clicking on the service in the box below...

BEFORE THE SERVICE

You will need to book in for the meeting using the links on our website (above). This would need to be done for everyone in your family who will be attending. If you are unable to book online please ring the church office on Tuesday morning between 9am and 11am and we will see if we can accommodate you.

In order to assist with track and trace guidance we will be asking for a method of contact. These details will only be used for the purpose of track and trace and will be destroyed 21 days after the date of the service you attend.

ARRIVAL

Please consider how you will get to the building. It is
important that even travelling to the building, you are not in a group of more than 6 people.

The doors will open 15 minutes before the start of the
meeting. Please queue on the pavement outside, keeping 2m apart.

Following government regulations, face masks need to be worn in places of worship, so please wear your face mask as you enter the building.

Please ensure that you use the hand sanitiser available on entering the building.

In the main hall, tables will be set out with chairs around. You will be able to sit together in groups of up to 6 people or 2 households.

DURING THE SERVICE

Unfortunately, singing isn’t allowed at the moment. So
during the worship time please reflect on the words being sung.

At this present time we are unable to offer any children’s work, so we would encourage you to bring in quiet activities for your children, along with any refreshments you might require.

If you have a bible, then please bring it with you.

The service should last for 60-75 minutes, with live music, a talk and an opportunity to contribute.

When moving round the building, especially on narrow staircases, please enure you continue to wear your face-covering.

AFTER THE SERVICE

At the moment we are unable to offer refreshments after the service. When the service has finished a steward will direct you to leave.

Please ensure that you take with you everything that you brought with you.

If you are sitting in the main hall, this will be a table at a
time, exiting through the main doors. If you are sitting in the balcony, then this will be one row at a time, exiting through the side door at the front of the
building.

Once you leave the building, please continue to follow the social distancing guidelines.

We look forward to welcoming you!
