From Isaiah 9:5-7, we reflect on how we can enjoy the peace of God each day. 

Happy New Year! Today, from Isaiah 9:5-7, we reflect on the hope of the eternal peace that Jesus promises to us.

Today, we contemplate the nature of the light Jesus provides us, as seen in Isaiah 9:1-2 and its fulfillment in Matthew 4:12-17.

This Christmas Eve, let’s remember some of the greatest gifts that God wants us to enjoy through Christ.  

God’s salvation is by grace alone and is to fill us with joy and praise for His glorious grace.

God is sovereign over the details of life, even if things are not as we might expect or prefer. 

In the 'wilderness', God is working in us in order to work through us. 

When we are filled with the Spirit, He inspires us, and works through us to inspire others, to see that Jesus is king and redeemer.
