Love is the motive for prophesying. One who loves the church will be ‘eager’ to bless her through gifts, especially prophecy.

Let’s, together, fan into flame our gifts. Let’s use them. Let’s blow off the dust and pick up the gifts that we may have neglected.

Paul understood that, like the parts of a body, each of us important and different,

A spiritual gift is any ability that is empowered by the Holy Spirit and used in any ministry of the church.

Today, I want to look at a number of biblical examples that teach us what can happen when the Holy Spirit falls on us.

'Power' (dunamis) refers to miraculous power, might, and strength.

As important as “were you filled?” is “Are you going on being filled?” Being filled is vital to ongoing fruitfulness in life.

Baptism by the Spirit is an umbrella term that can be used for regeneration or an initial empowering after becoming a Christian.

One can never be completely clear of impure motives but let’s seek the Spirit’s presence and power for the right reasons.

The Spirit does not want you to be ignorant and unmoved by the great inheritance that Jesus has won for you.

New birth (regeneration) will always show itself in radical new desires and ways of living.

'No one can say, “Jesus is Lord,” except by the Holy Spirit.

Do you see and are you excited by the fact that God is desirous and is working to restore your and others' relationship with Him?

The Holy Spirit has been promised and He wants to be our Advocate (helper), so let's invite Him to walk with us today.

It would be revolutionary to pray and make a habit of praying for the Holy Spirit’s strength.
