Today, from Proverbs 6:1-5, we reflect on how we are to be wise in our words regarding finances and financial support. 

From Proverbs 3:16-18, we learn that the best life is promised to those who will follow God’s wisdom. 

From Proverbs 3:13-15, we are to pursue and value wisdom above all things. 

From Proverbs 3:9-10, we learn that the wise listen to God and put Him first in regard to their use of money and resources. 

From Luke 21:1-4: When our status is our God, big and public things matter;  when God is our God, small and hidden things matter. 

From Luke 19:11-20, Jesus calls us to faithfully invest what He has given to us, so you may hear, “Well done, good and faithful servant.”

From Luke 16:19-26, we reflect on how radical devotion to Jesus involves listening to Him regarding mercy.

Those who keep God as their Master will keep money as their servant. 

Our use of money is a measure of our hearts and our ability to handle greater gifts and influence in The Kingdom. 

We often say that we want to serve God with all our lives and hearts, but are we prepared to serve Him with our wealth as He wants us to?

In this devotional from Ruth 2, we will focus on our attitude to God’s provision. 

To ‘seek first His kingdom and His righteousness’ means seeking God's will as our priority, regardless of the financial implications.

A healthy heart is the root of a healthy relationship with money and wealth.

Worry is reflecting on what may go wrong, faith reflects on truth. 

Through generosity, we are rich toward God because serving people is serving God

Greed is an enemy that we must constantly guard against.
